Masters Heating and Cooling started in 2012 out of a garage with 3 employees. Steve Masters Sr., and his two sons Nathan and Nick Masters. Since then, Masters has grown to a full-service family heat and air operation with 18 employees. Those including Steve’s wife, four sons, daughter, grandson, and granddaughter.
Masters has over 14 vehicles covering all of Mayes County to Rogers. Anyone who calls Masters in need of heat or air services is guaranteed to be treated like one of the family.

Steve Masters Sr. has been working in the HVAC field since 1989. He first began his journey in Harrison, Arkansas as an employee running duct work for a HVAC company. One day Steve saw a new employee arrive at work, got assigned a truck with service calls, and went on his way to work. Steve thought to himself, ‘that’s what I want’, rather than crawling through 90 degree attics everyday.
In 94’ Steve went to HVAC technician schooling, graduated in 95’, and moved his family to Pryor, Oklahoma. There he began working for another HVAC company. Eventually Steve, once again, wanted more of the opportunities the HVAC Industry had to offer. In 2012 Steve first began his own business with two of his sons and they went to work.
Presently, Steve is now the owner of a successful business that continues to grow daily. Steve finds his joy in the growth of his company, because for Steve the more the merrier. Everyone is welcome to be treated as family when they call Masters.
Masters has 18 employees, of those employees there are 4 Technicians, 7 mechanical journeyman, and about 4 mechanical apprentices.
